Planning a visit with more than a few friends? For groups larger than 8, we offer dedicated group options designed to make your time at the winery more comfortable and seamless.
For groups of up to 12, our semi-private pergolas provide a covered outdoor space near the Harvest Barn with tableside service for wine and food. For groups larger than 12, our private event spaces offer more room, flexibility, and a beautiful setting for celebrations, gatherings, and special occasions.

Our pergola rentals are a wonderful option for groups who want a dedicated place to gather while still enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the winery. Located adjacent to our family-friendly Harvest Barn, each pergola offers a covered outdoor setting with seating for up to 12 guests and table-side service for wine and food.

Which group option is right for us?
Groups of eight or fewer may visit the tasting rooms without a reservation. For groups of nine to 12, a semi-private pergola is the recommended option. Groups larger than 12 should work with the Events team to select a private room or event space.
How do I book a pergola or inquire about a private space?

What is included with a pergola reservation?
A pergola is a covered, semi-private outdoor gathering space next to the family-friendly Harvest Barn. It provides dedicated seating for up to 12 guests and table-side service for Stone Tower wine and food during the reservation.
How long is a pergola reservation, and what happens in cold or severe weather?
Pergolas are reserved in 2.5-hour blocks. Permanently installed heaters can be turned on in colder weather, and a firepit is provided. If severe weather is expected, the reservations team will contact you and, where possible, try to move the group to an available indoor space. An indoor alternative cannot be guaranteed.
Can I reserve a pergola for more than 12 guests?
Pergolas are designed for a maximum of 12 guests. For a larger group, the Events team will recommend a private space with the room, service, and layout needed to keep everyone together comfortably.
Are children included in the pergola guest count?
Yes. Children over the age of four are included in the guest count. Children and young adults must remain supervised, and balls, sporting equipment, and kites are not permitted.
Are pergolas pet-friendly?
Yes. Leashed pets are welcome in the pergola area. Please keep pets under control for the entire visit and clean up after them.
How does the pre-order menu work?
Pre-orders are optional and count toward the $500 spending minimum associated with the reservation-fee refund. The large-format boards are intended as appetizers while your group places any additional orders from the Harvest Barn Kitchen menu. Pre-orders must be placed by the Thursday before the reservation and cannot be added on the day of the visit.
Can we bring our own dessert?
Outside food is not permitted, but celebratory desserts are welcome. Stone Tower provides disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery; please bring a knife or server if needed. Refrigerator space is not guaranteed, so bring a cooler bag if the dessert must remain chilled. Sparkler candles are not permitted.
When is the pergola reservation fee refunded?
If your party spends $500 or more during the visit, the reservation fee is refunded to the card used to book on the following business day. Qualifying purchases include food, wine enjoyed during the visit, bottles to go, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise, and pre-orders. The reservation fee is not applied directly to the check.
What is the pergola cancellation policy?
Stone Tower requires at least 48 hours' notice to cancel a pergola reservation and receive a full refund.
