The Summit Room
An elevated private retreat with sweeping vineyard views
The Summit Room includes the practical features needed for a productive meeting or polished private event, without losing the warmth and character of a winery setting. Guests can gather indoors, step outside onto the decks, use the adjoining rooms for smaller conversations, and enjoy a space designed to feel both functional and memorable.
Wild Boar Hall
A warm, fireside setting for intimate dinners, meetings, and private gatherings
Wild Boar Hall offers a cozy yet polished atmosphere, with a stone fireplace, lounge areas, bar, and access to a large deck. It’s a strong fit for smaller celebrations, client dinners, corporate meetings, and relaxed receptions where guests can gather comfortably indoors and out.
Harvest Barn
A rustic indoor-outdoor venue made for relaxed celebrations and larger gatherings
The Harvest Barn brings together two spacious levels, warm rustic character, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow. With lounge seating, tables and chairs, a large outdoor terrace, and two bars, it’s well suited to milestone parties, casual receptions, company gatherings, and events that need room for guests to mingle.
Vineyard View Ballroom
A grand vineyard-view setting for larger celebrations and elevated events
The Vineyard View Ballroom offers a spacious, beautifully finished setting with chandeliers, stone accents, adjoining event space, and views across the vineyards, rolling hills, and Bull Run Mountains. With indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a large terrace, and two bars, it’s ideal for larger dinners, receptions, corporate events, and celebrations with a more formal feel.
Sparkling House

Sparkling House is a colorful, modern setting designed for larger gatherings, with a spacious upper-level ballroom, walls of windows, vineyard views, and an oversized covered deck. Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of private events can Stone Tower host?
Stone Tower hosts birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, family gatherings, reunions, memorials, proposals, holiday parties, and other celebrations. The Events team can tailor the space and service to the occasion.
Do we need a pergola or a private room?
Groups of eight or fewer may visit the tasting rooms without a reservation. A pergola is the best fit for many casual groups of nine to 12. Groups larger than 12, or celebrations that need privacy, a custom layout, dedicated setup, or a catered meal, should reserve a private event space.
Which private event spaces are available?
Options include the Summit Room, Wild Boar Hall, Harvest Barn, Vineyard View Ballroom, and Sparkling House. The spaces range from intimate rooms with decks and vineyard views to large indoor-outdoor venues for dinners, receptions, and celebrations with room to mingle.
How will Stone Tower help us choose the right room?
The Events team will consider your guest count, preferred date and time, event style, meal and bar plans, indoor-outdoor needs, accessibility, and budget. They will then recommend the space and layout that best fit the gathering.
How do we get pricing, check availability, or schedule a tour?
Submit the private-event inquiry form with your date, estimated guest count, type of celebration, and any space preferences. The Events team can provide current packages and pricing, answer questions, and arrange a scheduled site visit when the spaces are available to view.
How does food service work for a private event?
Private rooms generally use Stone Tower's catering menus or a planned food package. Outside catering may be considered for certain events with prior approval. Pergola guests order from the Harvest Barn menu and may also place eligible pre-orders before the visit.
Can we bring outside food or a celebration cake?
Outside food is generally not permitted. Celebratory cakes, cupcakes, and similar desserts are welcome, but confirm the plan with the Events team. Bring any specialty serving tools you need, and do not assume that refrigerator space will be available.
Can we decorate, and when may we begin setup?
Simple table decor and flowers are generally welcome. Balloons, confetti, loose glitter, and decorations attached to walls or structures are not permitted. Setup time must be included in the event agreement; early access is not guaranteed unless it is part of the contracted rental period.
Can we hire a DJ, photographer, florist, or another outside vendor?
Outside vendors may be used with advance coordination and venue approval. Share vendor requirements early, including arrival, equipment, insurance, power, loading, setup, and breakdown needs, so the time and space can be planned correctly.
Are children, pets, and guests with accessibility needs welcome?
Children are welcome in family-friendly event spaces. Leashed pets are generally welcome in the Harvest Barn and pergola areas, while policies for private indoor rooms vary. Stone Tower has accessible routes and elevator access for upper-level event areas; share specific mobility or accommodation needs during planning.
Will our event have dedicated staff, and how does bar service work?
Private rooms and pergolas include service appropriate to the booking, which may include dedicated event or hospitality staff. Stone Tower wine and venue alcohol policies apply to private events. Beer, liquor, and bartender requirements depend on the event package and must be arranged with the Event Coordinator.
What happens if our guest count changes or we need to cancel?
Contact the Events team as soon as possible. If the group outgrows the reserved space, the booking may need to move to another available venue. Payment, date-change, and cancellation terms depend on the booking type and are set out in the signed agreement.
