You agree not to:
Use the website in violation of any law or regulation.
Misrepresent your age, identity, address, payment information, or eligibility.

Some features may require you to create an account, log in, or provide customer information. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, wine club preferences, and payment information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. - Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance by Stone Tower. We may refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, errors, age-verification concerns, or legal compliance reasons.
Prices, vintages, bottle availability, menus, tasting options, event offerings, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. We try to provide accurate information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or modify orders affected by them, even after an order has been submitted.
Wine is an agricultural product and availability may be limited. Specific vintages, allocations, club wines, or listed wines may be substituted, limited, delayed, or unavailable. - Payments
We use third-party payment processors, including Square, to process payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including product price, reservation fees, event fees, club charges, shipping, handling, taxes, and any other applicable charges disclosed at checkout or in the applicable terms.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. If your payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, we may cancel or delay your order, reservation, event registration, shipment, club release, or membership benefits.
We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own website servers. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors according to their own security and payment-processing practices. - Square Card-on-File Authorization
Stone Tower may use Square to store and charge authorized cards on file for wine club orders, recurring club releases, invoices, event charges, reservations, private experiences, or other authorized transactions.
By providing a card-on-file authorization, signing or electronically accepting a payment authorization, joining the wine club, or otherwise authorizing us to keep a payment method on file, you authorize Stone Tower to charge the card or payment method stored with Square for authorized charges.
For wine club members, authorized charges may include:
Initial welcome package or initial club order.
Scheduled wine club releases.
Additional bottles or add-ons you select.
Substitutions or customized club orders.
Shipping and handling charges.
Applicable taxes.
Other wine club charges disclosed in the applicable Wine Club Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If your card expires, is declined, is removed, or cannot be charged, we may contact you for updated payment information and may delay, cancel, or decline to hold your wine club order or other order.
You may request to update or remove a card on file by contacting us. Removing a card on file does not cancel charges already processed and may affect your ability to maintain a wine club membership, receive future releases, or complete pending transactions. - Wine Club Memberships
Wine club membership is subject to these Terms, the Wine Club Terms & Conditions, the payment authorization provided at signup, and any additional club details presented to you when joining or managing your membership.
By joining the wine club, you agree that:
You are at least 21 years old.
Any recipient of wine club shipments or pickups is at least 21 years old.
You authorize Stone Tower to process club orders and charge your authorized payment method according to the applicable Wine Club Terms.
Club order prices may vary based on wine selection, customization, shipping address, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable factors.
You are responsible for keeping your contact, billing, shipping, and payment information current.
Wine club benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared except as permitted by Stone Tower.
Wine club releases, allocations, benefits, discounts, event access, pickup windows, shipping options, and membership terms may change from time to time. If we make material changes to wine club terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or as stated in the Wine Club Terms. - Wine Club Cancellations and Changes
Wine club cancellations and membership changes must be made according to the Wine Club Terms presented at signup or posted on our website.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Wine Club Terms:
Membership changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the wine club team.
Changes or cancellations must be received at least 2 weeks before the next scheduled wine club order to apply to that order.
Processed club orders are not refundable solely because a cancellation request was submitted after the applicable deadline.
Early cancellation fees, minimum commitments, or other club requirements may apply if disclosed in the Wine Club Terms.
To cancel or modify your wine club membership, contact:
[email protected]
We recommend that cancellation and membership-change instructions be kept clear, simple, and easy to find. If Stone Tower allows online wine club signup, Stone Tower should also maintain a practical online or email-based cancellation process that complies with applicable recurring-payment and automatic-renewal laws. - Pickup Orders
If you select pickup for an order or wine club release, you are responsible for picking up the order within the applicable pickup window.
We may require valid government-issued identification and proof that the person picking up wine is at least 21 years old. We may refuse pickup if age or identity cannot be verified.
If a wine club release or order is not picked up within the applicable pickup window, we may contact you to arrange pickup, shipping, or other handling. Orders not picked up after an extended period may be returned to inventory, cancelled, refunded, credited, or otherwise handled according to the applicable Wine Club Terms, order terms, and applicable law. - Shipping
Wine shipping is available only where permitted by law. We may limit or refuse shipments based on destination, weather, carrier availability, legal restrictions, permit requirements, age-verification requirements, or other compliance concerns.
Wine shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Wine shipments require the signature of a person who is at least 21 years old. The recipient may be required to present valid government-issued identification at delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address where an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address when appropriate to avoid missed deliveries, return fees, redirection fees, reshipment fees, or weather-related delays.
Shipping rates, taxes, and availability may vary by destination. If a shipment is returned, redirected, refused, undeliverable, or requires reshipment due to inaccurate information or recipient unavailability, you may be responsible for additional fees. - Weather Holds and Wine Shipping Risk
Wine is sensitive to heat, cold, and other extreme conditions. We may delay or hold shipments during periods of extreme weather to protect the quality of the wine.
If we hold a shipment due to weather, we may notify you and provide an estimated shipping timeframe. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, once wine is transferred to the carrier for delivery, risk of loss or damage may pass to the purchaser, except where applicable law, carrier rules, or our written policy provides otherwise. Contact us promptly if your shipment is damaged, flawed, missing, or otherwise incorrect. - Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Return, refund, cancellation, and exchange eligibility may vary based on the type of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law:
Wine sales may be final once processed, shipped, picked up, or opened.
Event tickets, reservations, tastings, experiences, and private bookings may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation deadlines.
Shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damaged goods, or flawed wine.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.
We may require proof of purchase, photos of damage, return of product, or other information before issuing a refund or replacement.
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or flawed product, contact us promptly at:
[email protected]

Stone Tower should publish a separate, final Returns & Cancellations Policy with any specific deadlines, restocking fees, damaged-wine procedures, and event cancellation rules. - Reservations, Tastings, and Events
Reservations, tastings, tours, ticketed events, private experiences, and special events are subject to availability and may require advance payment, deposits, minimum spend, cancellation fees, or separate terms.
We may modify, reschedule, cancel, or relocate reservations or events due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, private event needs, low enrollment, vineyard or production needs, legal restrictions, or other circumstances.
Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions while on Stone Tower property. We may refuse service or require any guest to leave if the guest is disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, unsafe, violates our policies, or violates applicable law.
Certain areas, tastings, tours, or experiences may be restricted to guests who are 21 or older, including infants and children, where stated by Stone Tower. - Food, Outside Alcohol, and Guest Conduct
Outside alcohol is not permitted on Stone Tower property. We reserve the right to inspect, remove, or prohibit outside alcohol and to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
Outside food, pets, children, group size, seating, picnic, photography, and event policies may vary by area, reservation type, event, or date. Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the policies posted for the applicable area or experience.
We encourage responsible consumption. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or who may present a risk to themselves or others. - Private Events and Weddings
Private events, weddings, corporate events, group events, and accommodations may be governed by separate proposals, contracts, invoices, deposit terms, cancellation policies, and venue rules.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with Stone Tower for a private event, that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these Terms. - Promotions, Discounts, Gift Cards, and Credits
Promotions, discounts, coupons, credits, complimentary tastings, member benefits, and special offers are subject to the terms presented with the offer. Unless we state otherwise:
Offers cannot be combined.
Offers have no cash value.
Offers may be limited by date, availability, product type, membership status, or location.
Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time before redemption.
Discounts may not apply to taxes, shipping, gratuities, deposits, private events, or excluded products.
Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable law. - Email and Text Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you authorize us to contact you about orders, reservations, wine club membership, event bookings, customer service matters, payment issues, shipping updates, and other transactional or service-related matters.
If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may receive newsletters, wine release announcements, event updates, promotions, and other marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending transactional, legal, payment, reservation, shipping, or wine club service messages. - Privacy
