OUR SPACES

Distinctive Spaces for
Every Kind of Gathering

From intimate meeting rooms to larger reception spaces, our property offers a range of settings for corporate events. Host a focused retreat in the Summit Room, gather around the fireplace in Wild Boar Hall, spread out across the rustic elegance of the Harvest Barn, or create a polished reception experience in one of our larger event spaces.

Each space has its own atmosphere, allowing your event to feel tailored rather than templated.

The Summit Room

An elevated private retreat with sweeping vineyard views

The Summit Room includes the practical features needed for a productive meeting or polished private event, without losing the warmth and character of a winery setting. Guests can gather indoors, step outside onto the decks, use the adjoining rooms for smaller conversations, and enjoy a space designed to feel both functional and memorable.

Wild Boar Hall

A warm, fireside setting for intimate dinners, meetings, and private gatherings

Wild Boar Hall offers a cozy yet polished atmosphere, with a stone fireplace, lounge areas, bar, and access to a large deck. It’s a strong fit for smaller celebrations, client dinners, corporate meetings, and relaxed receptions where guests can gather comfortably indoors and out.

Harvest Barn

A rustic indoor-outdoor venue made for relaxed celebrations and larger gatherings

The Harvest Barn brings together two spacious levels, warm rustic character, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow. With lounge seating, tables and chairs, a large outdoor terrace, and two bars, it’s well suited to milestone parties, casual receptions, company gatherings, and events that need room for guests to mingle.

Vineyard View Ballroom

A grand vineyard-view setting for larger celebrations and elevated events

The Vineyard View Ballroom offers a spacious, beautifully finished setting with chandeliers, stone accents, adjoining event space, and views across the vineyards, rolling hills, and Bull Run Mountains. With indoor and outdoor gathering areas, a large terrace, and two bars, it’s ideal for larger dinners, receptions, corporate events, and celebrations with a more formal feel.

Sparkling House

A bright, modern event space with vineyard views and indoor-outdoor ease

Sparkling House is a colorful, modern setting designed for larger gatherings, with a spacious upper-level ballroom, walls of windows, vineyard views, and an oversized covered deck. The space offers a polished indoor-outdoor experience for celebrations, receptions, corporate events, and gatherings that call for a fresh, open, and contemporary feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of corporate events can Stone Tower host?

Stone Tower hosts leadership meetings, strategic-planning sessions, retreats, client receptions, private dinners, awards programs, showcases, team celebrations, and other company gatherings. The Events team can shape the room, service, and schedule around the goals of the event.

How do we inquire or schedule a site visit?

Submit the corporate-event inquiry form with your date, guest count, goals, and preferred space. The Events team can provide the brochure, catering information, availability, and a quote, then schedule a site visit around other events on the property.

Which spaces are available for corporate events?

Options include the Summit Room, Wild Boar Hall, Harvest Barn, Vineyard View Ballroom, and Sparkling House. These range from focused meeting rooms to large indoor-outdoor venues, and the Events team will recommend a space based on guest count, layout, service, and atmosphere.

What meeting and presentation amenities are available?

Depending on the room, amenities may include high-speed internet, screens with HDMI connectivity, breakout areas, lounge seating, tables and chairs, private or wet bars, decks, terraces, and indoor and outdoor seating. Confirm the exact equipment and adapters for the selected space before the event.

Can we host a presentation, awards program, or breakout sessions?

Yes. Corporate spaces can be arranged for presentations, question-and-answer sessions, awards, seated meals, receptions, and smaller breakout conversations. Share any staging, audio, display, or room-turn requirements early so they can be incorporated into the plan.

Can our corporate event include an outdoor component?

Yes. Many spaces include decks, terraces, patios, or other outdoor gathering areas. Outdoor access depends on the selected venue, weather, and event plan, so discuss the preferred outdoor use and backup plan with the Events team.

Do you offer catering and dietary accommodations?

Stone Tower has an in-house team that can create a menu for meetings, receptions, and private meals. If your needs exceed the in-house offerings, an outside caterer may be considered with venue approval. Share vegetarian, allergy, and other dietary needs during planning.

What is the corporate-event alcohol policy?

Stone Tower wines must be purchased for guests, and other brands of wine are not permitted. The current event policy includes a minimum of one 12-bottle case per 25 adult guests, with event pricing on selected wines. Beer and full-bar service must be arranged through the Event Coordinator and use properly licensed and trained bartenders.

Can a corporate event take place outside public tasting-room hours?

Yes. A private corporate event may operate on a different schedule from the public tasting rooms when the date, space, staffing, and event agreement allow it.

How long can an event last, and are setup and breakdown included?

The current event policy requires at least a three-hour rental. Contracted time includes setup, the event, and breakdown, usually aligned with the caterer's schedule. Amplified music must end by 11:00 p.m., and event breakdown must be completed by midnight.

How are dates, deposits, changes, and cancellations handled?

A date is secured through the proposal, signed agreement, and required deposit. Hold periods and payment deadlines are provided with the proposal. Date changes may be possible when another date is available; cancellation refunds depend on the contract terms and whether the original date is rebooked.

Can we bring outside vendors, demonstrations, or drones?

Outside vendors and unusual demonstrations must be disclosed and approved in advance. Drone use is not automatically permitted and requires specific review by the Events and ownership teams. Approval may depend on insurance, licensing, safety, vineyard operations, and other events on the property.
