Pergola Rental Policies

To help ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable visit, we kindly ask that all pergola guests follow these guidelines. Parties that are unable to follow them may be asked to leave.

• Decorations are welcome, but must be set up and taken down by your party during your reservation time. We’re unable to accommodate early arrivals for decor setup. Small banners, floral arrangements, framed photos, tablecloths, and table runners are all permitted.
• Balloons, glitter, and confetti are not permitted.
• Please keep all furniture in place and do not move furniture between pergolas.
• Pergolas are non-smoking areas. This includes vaping, cigars, and cigarettes.
• To preserve a comfortable experience for all guests, personal sound systems, speakers, music, and self-hired entertainment are not permitted.
• Outside food and alcohol are not permitted.
• Pergola reservations are for 2½ hours, beginning at the start time listed in your confirmation email.
• Children and young adults in your party are welcome, but must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
• Sports equipment, including balls, kites, and similar items, is not permitted.
• Pergola purchases will be placed on one tab, which may be split evenly up to four ways.
• Pergola reservations are weather-dependent, and we cannot guarantee an indoor alternative in the event of inclement weather.
• Double-booking pergola reservations is not permitted. This includes booking consecutive time slots or using multiple reservation holders within the same group.
• Groups may not exceed 15 guests at any point during the visit. This includes children over the age of 4 and nondrinkers.
  • If your group exceeds our maximum guest count, or if multiple pergolas are reserved by the same party, we reserve the right to charge the card on file the cost of our Summit Room rental, which is $400 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus service and staffing fees.
