N/V Wild Boar Cellars Brut Rosé

Our sparkling roses have been some of our most popular bottlings. From a winemaking and flavor profile standpoint, this new release will surely excite fans of this wine as there is great continuity between past bottling and this present release. However, this release is uniquely exciting as it represents the first Brut Rose from our new partnership with a sparkling house in Burgundy, France! As such, the primary difference is that this wine is produced from vines the famed Burgundy region of France, while previous bottling were produced in California’s North Coast. Relative to past releases, this wine possesses great elegance and finesse on the palate, with refreshing acidity nicely balanced by a juicy, fruitful flavor profile. This is undoubtedly the most beautifully colored rose bubbly!

50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Gamay
