2024 Rosé of Nebbiolo

This wine is intriguing and exceptional, capturing the essence of the fruit with its characteristic copper color. The nose is zippy with notes of strawberry, crisp Pink Lady apple, cranberry, and eucalyptus. On the palate, the artful use of oak enhances the nuanced fruit we experienced on the nose with an addition of white strawberry. The wine’s lively acidity softens with the finish, and there is an almost satin-like texture we experience as we reach for the glass to take another sip. This rosé is perfect for pairing with traditional light fare, as well as with heartier dishes like grilled pork. It will also beautifully complement fish, or an indulgent creamy pasta with salmon.
