2024 Petit Manseng

This 2023 Estate Petit Manseng is a stunning example of the varietal and the first vintage of this varietal from Hogback Mountain! We are so excited to share this wine with our white wine aficionados! The wine has a touch of sweetness which puts it in an off dry category. The stainless steel fermentation allows the vinous of the fruit to show. It features rich primary aromas of candied fruit and spice which are complemented on the palate with hints of honey and macadamia nuts. The wine is soft, round and luscious; the hint of sweetness adds a tropical candied pineapple note on the finish. This wine is lovely when chilled but will become exponentially more expressive as it warms up in the glass. It is a great representation of the lush texture that is synonymous with the grape varietal. The wine will be captivating when served with Asian cuisine with soy – love with umami flavors, also pair with Thai soups, fish soups, pasta, heavier white fish like halibut & meat lovers enjoy with pork.
