2023 Rosé

The nose of the wine is a mélange of berry, strawberry, cherry, and a touch of raspberry. On the palate we find a pop of fresh fruit – red cherry, a touch of raspberry, and a dash of white pepper. It is a perfect marriage of merlot and cabernet franc. You see small amounts of cabernet franc shine showing that touch of pepper through the finish – splendid. It is crisp and clean but there is a depth and juiciness brought using the combination of the saignee method and the use of neutral oak.
