2021 Rosé

From its inaugural vintage in 2013, our Estate Rosé has always been a cult favorite and this year should be no exception. This year’s Rosé is 100% Merlot sourced from Block S, one of the steepest hillsides on the Estate. It features a lovely richness in both color and flavor with the perfect balance of fruit and soft acidity. What we love most about this rosé is its flexibility with food pairings and ability to shine with just about any meal, or served nicely chilled just on its own paired with a sun-filled afternoon. Enjoy with seafood, braised dishes, grilled meats, and vegetables. Try with a grilled prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin or grilled lamb lollipops with rosemary for some truly awesome pairings.
